*Target*Goals for the week of April 15 to 21, 2024
Writing:
Write 750 words a day (5250 words a week).
Morning Pages each day.
Check Ins for Dragon Vale and Habit Heroes each day.
Do a contest entry for WDC. Can I do more than one?
Work through my list of things I want to work on - novels, poetry.
Participate in as many writing events as I am able:
Mon. 6 pm Writing Buddies with Julie and Rebecca
Tues. 7:30 pm Artist Date with Cre8tive Collection
Wed. 7:30 pm - GWN - in person


Reading:
Goodreads 2024 Reading Challenge: my goal for 25 books. I have read 7 books.
For Enlivened Book Club: I am reading Pussy: A Reclamation and Unbound: A Woman's Guide To Power by Kasia Urbaniak
For Cre8tive Collection Book Club: I am reading A Court of Wings and Ruin by Sarah J. Maas.
For fun: I am reading Terms and Conditions by Lauren Asher (Book #2 of Dreamland Billionaires)

Work:
Be ready to supply each day.

Health:
8K a day - aim for more walks this week.
Meditation - 3 sessions.
Water - drink 1000 ml to 2 L a day.
Body Groove - Groove Into Greatness - Can I do at least 2 days this week?
No eating after 8 pm.
No screen time after 8 pm.
Keep working at re-establish my bed time after time for closer to 10 pm.

Other
Take out the Green bin and Blue Recycling bin.
Take an Artist Date or a few if I can manage it.
Continue to work on getting my Online presence back.
