Writing: Write 750 words a day (5250 words a week). I have a 34 day writing streak and a total of 5638 words this week plus....
I did morning pages (handwritten) every day this week.
I did one contest this week on WDC - it was a poem for the Out of the Fog Contest.
Participate in as many writing events as I am able:

Reading:
Joined the 2024 Reading Challenge and set my goal for 25 books. I have read 2 books.
Continue to work through Discover Your Writing Self by Andi Cumbo-Floyd.
I am also reading Excuse Me, Your Life Is Waiting by Lynn Grabhorn - book and workbook.
I re-read the beginning of Glow Worthy by Katie Silcox and am now continuing on with it. I am also doing the meditations that go along with the book.
I have chosen The Boardwalk Bookshop by Susan Mallory and A Tale of Magic by Chris Colfer. Both of these are suspended as I started A Court of Wings and Ruin by Sarah J. Maas and The Unmaking of June Farrow by Adrienne Young - both are for book clubs that are running this month.
Work:
Be ready to supply each day. I did one day only.
Health:
8K a day - aim for a couple of walks this week.
Meditation - I did 2 sessions with Fitbit and 4 sessions as part of Glow Worthy and 7 sessions of Body Groove's Week 3 meditation.
Water - drink 1000 ml to 2 L a day. This has been hit and miss this week.
Body Groove - Groove Into Greatness - I have done Day 14 and 15 so far.
No eating after 8 pm. Don't think I have managed this.
No screen time after 8 pm. Struggled with this.
To bed by 10 pm. I aim for it but miss it more often than not.

Take an Artist Date.
To the Kitchener Farmer's Market, then a walk to City Hall for the art instillation, then the Pop up shop that has lovely indigenous crafts and art work. Then I spent some time in a coffee shop (Matter of Taste) writing.
