Writing:
Write 750 words a day (5250 words a week). I have managed to do over my 5250 words + I did morning pages (3 handwritten pages every morning) from Tuesday to Sunday.
I did an entry for the Journey Through the Genres - Chance of a Lifetime.
Work through my list of things I want to work on - I only reworked a short story and did my morning pages.
Participate in as many writing events as I am able:
Mon. 12 pm Income Mastermind session
; 4 pm Accountability session
; 7:30 pm Joyful Living
; 8 pm Blogging Call.
Tues. 7:30 pm Artist Date session
Wed. 7 pm - either GWN or Michelle's Group. Stormy weather kept me home.
Thurs. 1 pm Paris - Ready, Set, Write!
Reading:
Joined the 2024 Reading Challenge and set my goal for 25 books. I have read 2 books.
Continue to work through Discover Your Writing Self by Andi Cumbo-Floyd.
I am also reading Excuse Me, Your Life Is Waiting by Lynn Grabhorn - book and workbook.
I have chosen The Boardwalk Bookshop by Susan Mallory and A Tale of Magic by Chris Colfer - I couldn't decide.
Work:
Be ready to supply each day. I only did one day this week.
Health:
8K a day - only 1 day (the day I worked) was over and made it to over 12K.
Meditation - 6 sessions (102 minutes) = 2 Body Groove (40 minutes) + 4 Fitbit (62 minutes)
Water - drink 1000 ml to 2 L a day. I managed 4 days over 1183 ml.
Body Groove - Groove Into Greatness - 28 day challenge... I did 4 days completing up to Day 13.
No eating after 8 pm. Did not always manage this.
No screen time after 8 pm. Struggled with this.
To bed by 10 pm. This was up and down this week.
Other
Take out the Garbage, Green bin and Blue Recycling bin.
