Last full week of February. Hard to believe!
Writing:
Write 750 words a day (5250 words a week). I have made it over 5250 words for the week.
I did a contest - Writer's Cramp - for WDC this week. I Write in 2024 #5 - a poem which won.
Work through my list of things I want to work on - One poem so far
Participate in as many writing events as I am able:
Mon. 7:30 pm Joyful Living (this is with an accountability writing group) - canceled.
Tues. 7:30 pm Artist Date session

Reading:
Joined the 2024 Reading Challenge and set my goal for 25 books. I have read 2.
I am continuing to work through Discover Your Writing Self by Andi Cumbo-Floyd. I am currently just finishing Day 16.
I finished Love Me Do by Lindsey Kelk, and Telling Tales by Ann Cleeves.
I am still reading Excuse Me, Your Life Is Waiting by Lynn Grabhorn - book and workbook.
Work:
LTO at Prueter PS - finished on February 21, 2024.
Continue to plan for the week.
Save things that need saving.
Write letters of gratitude and appreciation to key people at the school - my EAs, the secretary and the principal.
Health:
8K a day - lower step count this week as I only had 2 work days this week.
Meditation - 2 with Fitbit and 2 Body Groove
Water - drink 1000 ml to 2 L a day. Struggled.
Body Groove - Groove Into Greatness - 28 day challenge... I am on Day 11 for my journaling and Day 9 for the grooving sessions.
No eating after 8 pm. Not always successful, but I live in hope.
No screen time after 8 pm. This is challenging because I often return to write in the evening.
To bed by 10 pm. Was doing better with this when I had my LTO.
