The title is kind of deceiving. The baby wasn't ordered... it was a surprise, for sure. The recipients had no idea it was coming and it put them in a very awkward situation. But she was adorable and ended up very well loved and cared for. I guess at the end when you find out who sent the baby... maybe that could be an order?
So for mental health in this book- the hero's brother had PTSD, even if that wasn't a thing back then (it's a historical novel). The villain definitely had mental health issues, including probable narcissistic personality disorder and obssessive compulsive disorder OCD).
