Habits: 1. Wake by 7 2. Sleep by 11 3. Eat on time and eat well 4. Focus on writing daily when not off - I suddenly got a part-time job on the 4th & 5th. 5. SAVERS daily 6. QT daily especially when crossing over to a new day and new week 7. Clean daily as per scheduled 8. Read daily 9. 1 review by Friday - Weekend 10. Never leave the laundry line empty 11. Journal daily Tasks: 1. Call repairman to fix leaking bathroom ceiling 2. Snail mail to Disney vacation-goers Notes: Why didn't I meet most of my goals? Suddenly had a part-time job on Thursday and Friday Not committed enough Addicted to TV Have not cleaned the house yet so cannot call the repairman yet Achievements/ Noteworthy: Earned RM195 from part-time job Met a new friend Kept up with journalling habit Eat well because I went out for lunch on time and hubby cooked on Friday night when I was tired. I made very good progress on my short story despite working part-time on Thursday and Friday. Improvement: Sleep early Wake up early and don't stay in bed SAVERS after morning routine Clean after SAVERS Write after cleaning |
