Your novel needs these five parts in the outline: exposition, rising action, climax, falling action, and resolution. Hero's Journey outline is made of multiple elements that piece together a story. Snowflake method is another cool ways. Think of the basic parts of the outline if you haven't done so already and identify its elements. Flesh out the outline as needed. If the middle needs more add it. I think this covers the basics of this day. Pretty much exposition is the beginning part, rising action to climax is the middle, and falling action to resolution is the ending part. It shouldn't be hard to figure it out. Some outlines meet bare minimum while others have many elements to it. Today is a good day to review your outline and edit it to perfection. Well, there is Day 31 for that too.
