Try brainstorming possibilities. Nothing is set in stone at any point during Prep, so this is not a commitment you're making. As you conceive potential conflicts, you'll find yourself ruling some out immediately, keeping some in the "maybe" pile, and you might even stumble across a keeper or two. These dispositions of each option are your characters talking to you. Even if you rule out literally every possibility, it's still a valuable exercise because you're building a relationship with your characters, getting to know them better.
