Thanks for this review, Phyllis. I've never read any Georgette Heyer. I've looked at a couple of her books when they have been on sale with my Kindle. But I'm just not sure about historical romance. The premise for this book sounds good, but the boring parts you mention have me thinking it's not for me. Are they really long books?
