I wish I could comment on your entry; but, it's not set up that way. So I comment here.

In Thailand, Ponnya often grabs my hand to guide me or warn me. Pedestrians are not respected. Both streets and sidewalks are very dangerous. Many times I don't get to choose where I walk as crossing is also dangerous. It's a real issue throughout the country.

If I have a choice I prefer to face traffic.
