Writers:

Are you interested in having readers review your novel?
Yes.

Would you review a novel in exchange?
Yes.

What if the word count is different? It's probably unlikely to be the same.
Okay with word count. However, I am not keen on extra long chapters.

Comments about genre and content ratings?
Okay with most thing. Not interested in erotica, vampires or werewolves.

Would you be willing to pay in GPs or other currency? How much?
Not really. I would prefer readers to continue reading because they are interested in the story, and not to gain GPs. Having said that, I do offer automatic small amounts of GPs to readers of any of my chapters.

What's your timing? When would you have a manuscript ready?
Five in my portfolio (unpublished) and one novella.

Readers:

What would motivate you? GPs, other currency, prizes, reviews in exchange, anything else?
Reviews in exchange.

Comments about genre and content ratings?
Would you be willing to review chapter by chapter or prefer to read the whole thing and summarize comments?
Chapter by chapter.

Would you be willing to read a first/ rough draft for overall plot, character, setting problems and disregard grammar/ usage/ spelling and other technical issues?
Would prefer good quality and reasonably proofed writing.

Any other thoughts about the execution of this activity?
Seems like a good idea. However, I think similar ideas have been on here and have not really taken off.
Maybe to keep interest, a merit badge could be offered for those that have read and reviewed a completed novel. This would of course need funding and I would be willing to start the pot with 100,000 gp's if needed.
