Hey, sorry, I had some terribly busy days and forgot to answer this. But welp, here I am once more. Now, as for your actual question, it's quite more complex than one might think because it definitely doesn't have a single answer. He has various relationships that are different with various characters.

For example, he gets sat on/farted on by his mom and sister for starters, but he knows it's just their quirky form of affection and sense of humor, he's pretty much never gonna act drastically against that, specially against his mom since he sort of knows that'd end up hurting her feelings. The most he could do was ask Ariadne (his sister) for some mercy/giving him a break.

Something very similar happens with Lillian, who is his best friend since he can ever recall. In this case, he does act up a bit more, but nothing too drastic, and it tends to fall into playful banter, stuff like asking her to go to the bathroom, kicking her out of his room/house or just leaving himself when too annoyed. But that's the extent of it since he's aware it's the same case as the above.

One case that's peculiar and we haven't seen much of it yet is his friend Zuemy, who's very much like Lillian yet has some key differences in how she goes about things. Long story short, just like with Lillian, Zuemy's friendship with Blaise has run nearly as long, and they have a high degree of trust on each other. This has led into quite some situations, as Zuemy has confided Blaise in on her own fantasies and the stuff she's into, and even has "enlisted his help" to explore some of them. Predominantly stuff like what Lillian does to him, except that Zuemy does ask for his consent. Another side of Zuemy that we haven't seen yet is that just like that, Blaise has talked to her about stuff he's talked nobody else to, and is like his makeshift/personal therapist in some ways that can be quirky too. Zuemy will be serious when needed but once matters get taken care of she has a tendency to ask him to "throw her a bone" as in letting her do some of the stuff she likes, which can range from facesitting, sitting on him and even farting at times.

There's an interesting case with Lillian's older sister Jordana, in that case, he might consider trying to do something more serious about it but the massive deterrent is that Jordana herself is huge and way stronger than him, and also quite versed in wrestling so if he tries acting up he's more or less guaranteed to get thoroughly wrecked. Arianna, his cousin and the school's principal, is on a similar boat, though instead of a physical threat it's her being older and holding a position of authority what would scare him off from trying to defend against her.

Other characters don't even fart on/around him so often save for specific scenarios, and even when it does happen he's gonna be far less fazed by it than the average guy precisely thanks to his mom, sister and Lillian. Examples of this would include Jen, Monique, Snickers, Dolores, Lulu, Yamile and Cindy who actually jokes about farting but up until the story begins, she never did around him. Sheila falls in a middle ground between this level and his family's, but once again he's not likely gonna do much besides trying to leave since she's almost family and a huge presence in his own life.

Scenarios such as Emily and Toxic Lily who aren't friendly at all and would engage in actual bullying besides trying to mistreat him for real, those are the ones were you could see Blaise trying to resist/fight back. There's an exception with Valentina, from whom we haven't seen much yet, but the main idea is that she'd essentially turn the tables against him since she's not known to be a bully and both are convinced she can make everyone believe her and not him, this is the instance where he very reluctantly allows it only because he doesn't see a way out of it.

Another situation where he'd fed up fairly quickly would be dealing with Celeste because he's just about had it with her, she's simply too obnoxious/annoying/kind of dumb/stubborn in ways that he simply can't put up for very long, and if we added this on top of all that he'd definitely blow a fuse sooner rather than later.

TL;DR: He's very unlikely to do so from his family/friends because he doesn't even see it as mistreatment, nor do they, but with characters he's not friends with and are definitely mistreating him, yeah, unless there's a good reason not to.
