A month-long novel-planning challenge with prizes galore. |
Taking pain meds immediately may have played a part in the pain situation now. Good job! I had a surgeon who told me to take the max dose of Tylenol for 3 days straight before the surgery (because Tylenol doesn't make you bleed) and then he told me after the surgery to take the medication on schedule at first and to never wait until it's really bad, bordering on unbearable. He said, "Once you get behind the pain 8-ball, there's no getting in front of it again." Huh. Good to know! You are going to prep a 3RD STORY?!? If I didn't know better, I'd be sure you're an alien! Actually, do I know for sure that you AREN'T an alien?!? Not because you're prepping a story after surgery, but because you're going to do 3!! And in reality, it's only the 1/2 way point, so officially, you still have time to prep 2 MORE! And here I didn't even think I could do 1 this semester! Though I must say, the REAL concern was NaNo, not so much Prep. As for your new idea about an orca, it sounds "killer." Yep! I crack me up! And be sure to check out my challenge
