Hello, lovely people!
I’m DestinyAwaitsDarling; I’m 25-years-old, a passionate victim’s advocate, a poet/writer, and a lover of anything to do with psychology. I started writing as a way to cope with my trauma, so you can expect the writings I post to my portfolio to be raw, emotional, and centered around my journey as a survivor of SA, church abuse, abusive relationships, and various addictions and mental illnesses. I want my profile to be a safe place for anyone who feels they can resonate with my story. I truly am so excited to have found this community, and I hope to build connections with so many of you. I’ve been searching for a writing community where I actually feel like I might belong for a long, long while now, but I have a good feeling about this one. 🖤
