...It took me far too long to realize that you were talking about cover photos and not skins.
Part of me wants to suggest having the ability to upload our own photos for skins, but I also know that the dimensions for skins are not the most user friendly for those not willing to sit down and muck around with scaling photos to meet the dimension requirements. (Heck, even those of us with the experience don't exactly enjoy it, either.)
