I have to say what a revelation this sentence was: "The effort to change is the change itself." I love it! That's so positive. I also loved to see the inclusion of SMART goals. This is something my old doctor discussed and demonstrated with me many times, but I was trying to remember what each letter stood for the other day, and couldn't. Now, I know.
