That is a bit of a challenge when we have people participating from different parts of the world.

We are working towards being better organized that way. I'd like to have the ability to mail out prompts a full day in advance so people have time to respond. The biggest challenge is to have staff who can dedicate certain hours of their time to make a system work. Right now the time that we can spend 'Monkey Barring' is infrequent and random.

In all honesty, we won't be able to make any changes until the end of September, as we hope to add new and additional staff members to the Banana Bar.

In the meanwhile... We allow participants extra time to post their entries, so folks can participate from whichever time zone they live in, without penalty.

Keep in mind that we'll be looking for help this fall, You might enjoy being one of Andre's minions.
