Prompt for Saturday, April 9, 2022


I have posted this prompt early as I'm having a sleep-over weekend in the city - bonus points if you guess which city.
We'll work something out with the 50 / 50 blogging on Sunday.

Saturday is a good day for creativity, I'm not sure why, it just is. Saturday is also a good day for sports. For summer and winter sports no matter which sport, Saturday is usually 'game day'. I, at one time, was glued to the TV every Saturday to watch NASCAR. Hockey Night in Canada is a staple in Canadian culture and it happens each Saturday night all winter long.

Hockey, football, baseball, basketball, car racing... It's getting a little stale. In today's creative writing blog prompt. Invent a new sport that will electrify the Saturday sports fans, so your sport becomes the latest 'REAL BIG THING'
