Re: Re: Creation
Character Bio

Name: Jacqueline (Jack) Byrne

Age: 19

Gender: Female

Height: 5'0

Eye color: Green

Hair: Auburn

Background: A poor Irish immigrant, Jackie was forced to do unsavory jobs to raise money for her family back home. She despises the typical jobs women were 'suited' to, adopting a male persona in order to get fairer wages and better opportunities. Learning she had a knack for breathing new life into broken down motors, Jackie began selling her services as a 'gearhead', catching Cyril's eye after successfully patching up an infamously difficult automaton. Currently she is the ship's lead mechanic.

Quiet and shy, Jackie keeps to herself for fear of being outed as a woman and ruining the career she worked so hard to maintain.

Strengths: Quick-witted, stoic, caring, first to help those in need, has a soft spot for broken things and feels a kinship with other rejects like herself.

Weaknesses: Moody, reclusive, prone to anxiety attacks and self doubt as a result of imposter syndrome. Sometimes has a crisis of identity, at odds with her feminine side and the masculine exterior she shows those around her. Doesn't wish to burden others with her troubles.
