March book review;
I read Chasing Desire and Other Heretical history, by Azrael Tseng. Some members may remember when Azrael was active here that he was an excellent writer. His book is evidence that he's still that great writer.

If anyone is interested in reading this book, I'll be glad to mail it to you.

This book is a collection of short stories, all involving history in some way.

Azrael has taken historical events and used them as inspiration to create a detailed short story involving those events, using characters and dialogue which makes this a very readable book.

Azreal takes the reader on a journey in time, from a missing woman who arrived in the new world on the Mayflower, a great story about a German naval ship during WWI, and then back to ancient times when kings and legions created powerful dynasties.

At the end of each story, Azrael provides a short synopsis of the historical event that he used as inspiration for the short story.

The book is very well written, provides visuals that are easy to see, and provides an in depth look at history and the characters who lived it, and in some cases, created it.

I highly recommend this book, and I've give it 10 stars if I could. (I will be writing a review on Amazon where I purchased this book.
