I've thought about having some kind of therapy for my arachnophobia because it really is bad. I once stayed up the entire night watching one because I was too afraid to squash/remove it, but I had to make sure it wasn't creeping into the bedroom when I was sleeping. My friend had to rescue me the following day. The problem with all the therapies I've looked into is you actually have to touch and be near a spider to get her it, and I just can't bear the thought of that.
