It DEFINITELY is hard to do! That's part of why he supports fasting mimicking. Fasting is good for your body from time to time, but he acknowledges that it's REALLY HARD. I'm not sure if it's actually better to do fasting mimicking vs. regular fasting or if it's just better because it's more doable, but as a lazy person who hates to cook, I ordered his ProLon kit to see how it goes. But yes, I believe with some internet research, you can totally follow his book's guide without ordering the meal kit. I just don't want to cook and his fasting mimicking kit seems like I wouldn't have to. Plus, I waste money on all sorts of stupid things. It's high time I try to waste it on something that's actually good for me.
