It depends on what type of mask I think. If you mean somebody wearing a normal mask, then yes, the person will be golemized underneath it, and either become catatonic if they have no mind band, or become a normal corpse golem if they did. This was seen when Dwayne Mcaulay was golemized by caleb in the sophmore branch, in "The Fate of Dwayne Macaulay" If you mean a mask with a golem shell in it, I doubt it would work like that, because the person beneath is already encased in such a shell, but to the best of my knowledge, there's no precedent for that yet.
