As much as any girl would be interested in Will, I guess? Given Will's design in terms of the story, he blends enough with his surroundings to make virtually no one notice him. It's hard to say what would happen if the story developed in a more traditional pace, rather than as an interactive. Of the girls that usually interact with him (Jenny, Yumi, sometimes Lin IIRC), none shows a particular interest in him - and of the one that *did* show interest (Lisa), the general impression is that Will's immature. In nearly all the stories where girls seem to gravitate towards him (like the current one with Katy, or Masktrix having Will paired with Niamh, or even the rare story where Will gets paired with Chelsea, of all people), it's the concept of magic that hooks them, and it's (usually) getting into his brain that finally convinces them somewhat. Sydney's one of the few girls that seems to be wholly attracted to him by something other than magic, since in nearly every one of the chapters that has her as a deuteragonist, she's actually quite attracted to him. You're probably saying this because of the events that happen in ""Done and Doner" ![]() This might be answered in the alternate branch, since Will's gonna get a lot friendlier with Frank and Joe, while at the same time (knowing them) getting away from the Brotherhood. If Sydney's love for Will is stronger than her occult ambitions, she'll probably join as an associate; else, she may even become his nemesis. But, as it stands, there's not enough information to work with - no story has reached so far into the Brotherhood branch to see a potential endgame. (At best, it might have Will and Sydney getting into a collision course with Fane, or becoming somehow enemies of them?) |
