It doesn't have to be its own item, it can be an entry in a book item. We've also allowed in the past for people without upgraded accounts to put their whole prep into one item as long as each day's assignment is clearly marked with headers, etc. Bottom line make it super super easy for the judges to find your entry because if they can't find it you'll be disqualified.
