I decided to scroll through the Community Newsfeed and send a ticket to every black case I found who has posted a note or comment recently.

For those not familiar with the Community Newsfeed, it's basically just an unfiltered version of your Personal Newsfeed, which is the default when you click Newsfeed. It shows you everyone's notes, not just the notes of people whose Plus Sign you have clicked once or twice. To find the Community Newsfeed, click Newsfeed to go to your Personal Newsfeed, then click View the Community Newsfeed along the top. The Community Newsfeed often has a lot of really interesting things happening. Of course, some days are more exciting than others.
