Zen Good answer. I mentored a Newbie who showed a lot of promise and it was a positive experience for both of us. I agree with you, it should be a Newbie who is further along in their journey.
Helping people face to face is a new idea for me. Maybe using Facetime or some other app. I don't think I'd have the time to commit to something like that, but is an excellent idea.
