Noticing Newbies

Hello all,

Since I always, always do what I'm told (that's my story and I'm sticking with it), the instructions said click on the link to "Submit a New Message," so that's what I've done and here I am.

I am, in fact, a recently retired Regulations Writer from the Department of Justice. Over the years I've written and edited trade press magazines for Penton and Cahners; worked as a public relations account executive for clients as diverse as Gould Recording Systems and Panasonic Industrial; taught Basic Composition and Technical Writing at Daniel Webster, New Hampshire Technical Community College, and Southern New Hampshire University. I also took freelance assignments gained through Robert Half.

I read political, techno, and psychological thrillers. I research crypto and bio technology areas and, as I type in this tab, have another tab open on CRISPER analyses. I am intrigued by histories such as "American Nations" and "1491."

I've been a member for about an hour now, and look forward to working and learning and meeting and more.
