If you have a lot of ideas, the best thing you can do to organize them is grab a notebook and outline each one of them, write character profiles and setting notes. Everything you have ready in each idea.

Then sort through these story plans and see which ones are best developed in your head or draw you to them the most.

Set yourself word count goals and flesh out the outlines keep track of the number of days you reach your goal. About half the time is pretty good, if it is more you might want to up your goals less you might want to lower them.

Most of all, just write. You can't edit a blank page. But you can elaborate on a simple sentence.
