Very interesting topic. On a personal level, I ain't going to touch that. . My MC however, is caught up between the politics between two countries Mexico and US. The politics of both countries on the top level are both the same, "Human-trafficking" is illegal and more needs to be done. However, on a deeper level, one turns their heads blaming the victims and the other allows almost every city to have a zone where it is protected. This is what is my MC is dealing with and motivates the choices she must make ---right or wrong.
