I usually do cold caffeine, in the morning. Cola usually. Sometimes I will do a coffee, decaf. Or tea. But my caffeine consumption is in the morning. I can't do caffeine in the afternoon. I am not an alcohol consumer, so water is important to me.
Boring, I know. But I think most of us are borderline dehydrated and could use more water, so I am always trying to drink more water. That fact was pointed out to me when I moved to Montana. Our low humidity and the high altitude where we used to live used to give me headaches. It was dehydration. So I try to drink water throughout the day.
