Additional options for certain types of links

For these types of links, we have l- type options that show the author of the thing.
         Link to Review
         Link to Forum Post
         Link to Book Entry
         Link to Notes

I would find it really useful to also have lt- options for these links that showed the author and the create date/time stamp. Or last modify date/time stamp for entries, perhaps.
