Eh, I'd be inclined to say that if anything, Sulva is what makes him an improviser more than Kenandandra. Or, maybe it's the particular blend of Sulva and Kenandandra that does it. Sulva is associated with wanderers and daydreamers, and combined with the practical skills of Kenandandra, it makes someone who is excellent at improvising his way out of trouble, by being able to make up the particular thing he needs to do so. Because, if you think about it, in most of the stories where Will has any kind of interaction with Rick, he has already lost his connection to Kenandandra. But I have to admit I've never really though of Kenandandra manifesting in the way you're talking about, but it's a very interesting way of thinking about it.
