This is a pause to this line for now. Will has just had a very teenage meltdown at entirely the wrong person. But I hope you can see how the seeds of it were sewn and it feels earned. Where he goes from here - further into the world of Alex, Rae and Izzy or out of it - is open.

This scene was to solve two problems. The first was that I needed someone to finally crack Will. The second was that the graffiti is never mentioned in any other line (as it did not exist). Thus it always gets whitewashed by Kim Walsh, who is just the person to do it.

As for why Alex, Rae and Izzy are never around, that’s even simpler. In the original history Will and his truck are not there, so they get picked up by the cops. This might not result in jail time, but does give a reason for them to not cause any mischief.

I am potentially working on a Baphomet line (Will partnering with Sabrina the... I mean Sydney McGlynn) next. I have about five different ways I may go. Not sure what you’re going to get.
