New to writing, been a lurker on the site for a long time
by zoobyli Author IconMail Icon
I first joined in 2005, started a story and never finished it. Now I'm trying again and have gotten much farther. So many ideas, need to learn to get them out. I'm using writing as a way to decompress. I used to knit and crochet and haven't been able to do either for over a year. One thing I haven't stopped doing is reading. I've even found fan fiction, which was way better than I thought it would be.

Right now I'm just writing and seeing what I can get out. My grammar and punctuation is horrible. It's fantasy/scifi/crime procedural kind of. Not sure exactly where it's heading yet. Is there somewhere that explains how to write dialog between two or more characters?
