For right now find the message for the sign up for the July Challenge and hit reply on the first message and post your whole blog in that post using {bitem:XXXXX Once you are signed up. Each day the leaders will post the prompt here in the forum you post within that prompt post as an {entry:XXXXX and respond thoughtfully and carefully to others who have already posted in the same prompt.
