Welcome to WDC JaydaHaley. Good to hear you are well along writing books. WDC is a place for all types of content and genres of writing.

If your stories are a bit mature , WDC allows you to set the proper content rating for the item and description by following the "Content Rating System (CRS)" . That way those who are not offended will see them, and those who wish not to see them can avoid them.

This will not affect those interested from helping and encouraging your work through reviewing which is the core idea of WDC.
