And a. I'm not smart so I just eat what's available without question *Frown* though, there would always be rice. I don't measure it unfortunately sometimes it's a big chuck, sometimes I don't like the side dish so I just eat half a cup so I have more space for junk food *Blush* But usually I just eat a little less than a cup so maybe that's the reason why I'm less... big than my brother.

Yep, I'm not healthy *Laugh* I don't even have anything to add to diets.
