I especially recommend the Faffhrd and the Gray Mouser books. They are very well written fantasy, and funny as all hell! For example, there is an ice wizard in one of them who is named Kakht. I believe that I spelled it right. Being an ice wizard, he is by nature cold. Think about it for a minute.
