Presuming that by chapters, you mean the sections labelled A, B, C, etc., are you saying that we have until 31st March 2020 to complete them? That seems close to impossible to me (especially as I've just posted, at 3:04pm on the first day, my completed section A and there has been only one other previous to mine). Please say that you mean 31st March 2021...
