Hi all,

First, thank you anyone who has read the chapters. 30,000 odd words of genre fiction is a lot and I appreciate it. I hope you enjoyed it. And particular thanks to the person who gifted me a membership - it’s very flattering and makes writing for this thing so much easier.

But we now come to two diverting paths. I know a rough arc for both stories but want to ask you what you’d like to see.

Option 1: The Steiner Group

The evil Abi Steiner and friends have stumbled on magic and will know about Will and the Libra. They will set out to steal the book from Will and use it themselves for fun and profit. Of course, they don’t know Abi *is* Will and he’s just making a new coven at Xavier’s, pretending to be its leader.

Option 2: Ally with Niamh

Will wants to tell gamer girl Niamh Stirland about the masks. Once he persuades her to join him, they’ll end up working together hoping to save the petrified Shelly Nolan. But that doesn’t mean they can’t have some fun. Halloween is on Friday, and Niamh will want to go in costume - either as someone at Xavier’s or at Westside.
