I suggest that a free library would be opened and allows freelance writers( like me and I am a foreigner ) to acquire new writing capabilities. The library should possess a database of some writings of famous professional authors. It contains by category, articles, contents, short stories, books, and poetry. Authors can do reviews . The subscription to this library could require a certain number of reviews.
