This is making me laugh so hard. The stats we get at the NaNo site are a hoot. It shows my words per minute at 30. I write much faster than that but not if I am thinking about what I am writing. I doubt if anyone can write a novel too fast as if taking dictation. Maybe if you have a really fast-working mind. Well, so much for mine!
One good thing about this year's changed site is that it gives you a lot more options. On the other hand, working around them needed some getting-used-to.
By the way, it looks like my novel will go way over 50K and after the 50K, I'll have to continue deep into December.
