It's not possible for you to control/change the color of the link text and down-arrow symbol someone else sees when they view the page. The link color is determined in the viewer's Skins and Theme settings.

You can color the text inside the dropnote by using color tags around that part.

You can color the text of a label outside the drop note tags and restrict the drop note link text to a blank space, which requires viewers to click on the down-arrow part instead of on the label part. Clicking on the label part does nothing.
