Anyone Else Going for it?

I am taking the challenge to go for the 100,000 word goal. Met the 50,000 word novel a few days ago and have 13,000 on the sequel. It is shaping up to be honing my voice, making the characters come more alive and believable. Great fun, although the pace is slowing down.

Anyone else going for a new record in words? Might help us both trade comments back and forth along the way.
