30-Day Blogging Challenge ON HIATUS

Oh man, your entries yesterday had me rolling! I knew there would be strong opinions. And that sure made for some entertaining entries! Backstory: my boss has an infographic based on the chart from yesterday’s prompt hanging in his office and I wonder every day whether he sees me in the ways the chart describes. And then the existential crisis kicks in: am I actually those things? If my boss considers me so, does that define me and how much (or little) I can progress in the company under his leadership? How can I prove myself to him and seek validation for a job well done without him believing me “coddled,” or needing a “trophy?”
