They're all antagonists in a way. But the protagonist has a goal she wants to achieve, and Greg (in this case, the main antagonist) is preventing it. The Gods don't help the protagonist either since, in this case, something illegal is being asked for. Erecura could be a second antagonist and Danicea could be a secondary protagonist since Danicea's goal is to do the right thing instead of the wrong thing. The protagonist would have to choose between fame or being good and losing her fame. It could even be Danicea being the protagonist and up to her whether she succeeds in resisting or falls for the persuasion. Lots of choices can be made.
