They would meet at the very end of the First Book if I did it this way, so technically yes they would definitely connect it would just be a build-up but wouldn't be the main focus until the end and into Book 2.

But I completely understand your point. My idea was that their lives mirror each other through different aspects so even though they're not connected at first, they would be in a cosmic way, but that may not be enough to be as impactful as I hope it would be to the reader once they meet at the end.

I've got a lot to think about with this project, thank goodness I have a backup novel in case I can't get over some of these obstacles
