I am an "over", my wife is an "under". I'll give her due kudos, however, in that, recently, she did some research on the subject and found an article claiming that the inventors of the toilet roll holder maintained that the roll should always be inserted in the "over" position. Not being one to roll over, she still adheres to the "under" camp.
No doubt, we have both, at times, considered divorce over the matter, but have stayed together by occasionally inserting the roll in the "wrong" way.
