I think I'd swap Kendra Saunders with Lisa Yarborough.

Lisa as Kendra: As I stated in a previous message, Lisa comes across as an opportunist to me. Acquiring Kendra's social status and looks gives her the chance to maybe usurp Chelsea as the leader of the cheerleading squad. It also means she can make a monumental upgrade from Geoff Mansfield in the boyfriend department, further solidifying her position to topple Chelsea. Also, since its just a week, if the entire plan crashes and burns she won't be left to pick up the pieces.

Kendra as Lisa: In one of the story lines, it's insinuated that Kendra's body is really attracted to Keith after they hook up. Now that the social stigma of "Kendra Saunders" being around the likes of Keith Tilly, Will Prescott and Caleb Johanson is removed, I'd find it interesting if Keith and Lisa start hooking up behind both Will's and Geoff's back.

An honorable mention for swapping would be Lisa and Gloria Rea or Stephanie Wyatt and Marc Garner.
